INTERSTIK TV is an adhesive based on natural rubber.
INTERSTIK TV is used for repairing and joining rubber conveyor belts through the process of hot vulcanisation.

The adhesive is applied with a brush to the previously prepared conveyor belt. Before applying the adhesive, clean the belt using the product INTERSOL NF. Apply two layers of adhesive. The drying time for the first layer is 30 minutes.The drying time for the second layer is 10 minutes. After joining the belt and raw rubber, vulcanisation is performed using presses at a temperature of 150℃. The vulcanisation time depends on the thickness of the belt.
